Salt Water Corrosion Test
CermaPlate Exterior Bond is a high-performance coating designed to provide superior protection against salt water corrosion. The coating is applied to a substrate as a primer and then cured in a controlled environment. After the substrate has been cured, it is tested in a salt spray chamber in accordance with ASTM B117 for a period of 24 hours. CermaPlate Exterior Bond provides superior protection against salt water corrosion by creating a barrier between the substrate and the corrosive salt water. This barrier helps to reduce the rate of corrosion and extend the life of the substrate.
