UV Exposure Test
CermaPlate Exterior Bond is a protective coating for your vehicle that helps prevent corrosion and damage from extreme weather conditions. Our coating creates a strong bond to the substrate, providing a long-lasting, durable finish.
To ensure the performance of CermaPlate Exterior Bond, we conducted a series of tests. The first test was a humidity test, which placed the treated panels in an environmental chamber with a relative humidity of 90% for 24 hours. The second test was an accelerated UV exposure test, which placed the panels in an accelerated UV exposure chamber in accordance with ASTM G154-06 for a period of 24 hours. Both tests showed that CermaPlate Exterior Bond provides long-lasting protection against extreme weather conditions and UV rays.
