THERMAL SHOCK HEAT TEST

Conventional sealants start to emulsify at low temperatures, making them ineffective for use in many outdoor applications. To ensure the highest level of performance and reliability, we subjected CermaPlate Exterior Bond to a rigorous thermal shock heat test. The test involved placing a panel treated with CermaPlate Exterior Bond in a chamber and shocking it multiple times at temperatures ranging from -10 to over 500 degrees. The test results showed that CermaPlate Exterior Bond not only remained intact during the test, but also showed no signs of degradation.

Thermal shock heat testing is a key component of product testing and development. This type of testing ensures that a product can withstand extreme temperatures and still perform as expected. In the case of CermaPlate Exterior Bond, the thermal shock heat test confirmed that the product can withstand temperatures ranging from -10 to over 500 degrees. This makes CermaPlate Exterior Bond an ideal choice for outdoor applications and other extreme temperature environments.
